Jon Snow & Ygritte's happy ending: Game of Thrones wedding inspiration (with real "direwolf!")

If you're as obsessed with the real life love story of Game of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie as I am, this Game of Thrones wedding inspiration is going to blow your mind. In true Stark style, Jon Snow and Ygritte get the ending they deserved — a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and reception at The Longhouse with a backdrop full of antlers, swords, house banners, faux furs, and a real live "direwolf" companion.

Winter is coming: a Game of Thrones winter wedding in Atlanta

Jessi and Moose got married in the mountains of Georgia, on a Wednesday in December, to celebrate the Winter Solstice. Moose is a chef, so he and his friends went to farmers markets to buy all of the ingredients for the food, and then their friends in the industry cooked it for everyone that weekend. Jessi revamped her mom's wedding dress to wear and it looked AMAZING.

Best part? Their wedding was Game of Thrones-inspired, partly due to the fact that the couple and many of their friends attend renaissance faires and events regularly. Don't miss the epic capes, swords, and wintry flower crown!

A sea witch elopes underneath a pier with a man holding a guitar

When you see this North Carolina beach wedding, you'll know you've found sea-worthy bliss. A guitar, a bunch of mishaps, and a glam sea witch dress of our dreams… it's so worth the look. Here's what April, the bride, told us about marrying Andy, her doggy co-parent… "I know most people are looking for a very romantic story for how we met, but that wasn't exactly the reality for us…"

A retro musical wedding with 1960s revival & rock 'n' roll inspiration

Music is a huge part of our lives and I let the artists who inspire us most influence the design. We drank whiskey from tea cups and had the processional set to "Fawn" by Tom Waits. His lyrics were tucked in here and there. I weaved in my love of kitsch and vintage by collecting mix and match china for 200 people (it took almost two years!) and featured a unique, cool set of vintage salt and pepper shakers on every table. We had whiskey bottles (all enjoyed with friends and family) and vintage vases that we collected for flowers.

Go beachside with this relaxed boho wedding in Australia

Jessica and Patrick met on the dance floor of their local pub on a Christmas Eve, and when it came time to propose, Patrick recreated their first date right down to the car he was driving at the time. The goal of this beachside wedding in Australia was a relaxed kind of boho theme with endless fairy lights, and they celebrated their unity late into the night at the Chelsea Yacht Club.

Don't miss the bride's gorgeous dress, the groom's luscious hair, and the dance floor snacks I'm still thinking about…
