Jewel-toned geekery invades Cloud City at this wedding with a Darth Vader officiant

Nicolette and Beau dubbed their wedding theme as "broad spectrum geekery with jewel tones." Darth Vader officiated, and lightsabers twirled during the dancing. It was a chic meets geek day that's perfect to usher in Star Wars Day tomorrow, May the Fourth. Don't miss Beau's epic Tetris suit, Nicolette's blush dress, their comic book flowers, and all of the amazingly nerdtastic and gorgeous details…

Dancing into the night at this rose gold ballet wedding in Australia

Zara met Daniel met when he came to dance at her Ballet School in Canberra, Australia. The wedding itself was inspired by their latest trip to Italy after they had fallen in love with the Tuscan countryside. They chose The Stones venue because it reminded them of Italy and incorporated soft pinks and rose gold into their color palette.

Zara had two dresses made by a designer in Russia sight unseen and they turned out so well. Whatever you do, don't miss the gorgeous filigree rose gold leaf heels by Ralph and Russo.

This holographic mermaid wedding dress is blowing my mind (and giving me fins!)

Researching dresses can yield fab rewards. Such was the case when I spied this mermaid fantasy of a gown from KMKDesigns. I love a dress that can be re-worn in general, but when it can be reworn as a costume, for a super glam ball, or any fancy dress party, it's a win. It's made of holographic vinyl and pearlescent organza with approximately one zillion hand-sewn iridescent sequins and pearls.
