Yellow flowers, pub crawls, & a Jedi knighting at this New Jersey woodland wedding

Sam and Zig wanted a big DIY event, but splurged on the things that were most important to them, like their epic yellow and white flowers. Think flag garlands, silk flower garlands, old map signs, and real flowers provided by friends and family. Don’t miss the “event barn” that featured knickknacks, old furniture, the DIYed photo booth, and so much more.

Philly photographer Justin Heyes is one of our favorite wedding photographers with a seriously interesting background. Not only does he capture all kinds of amazing offbeat weddings, write as an industry expert for photography magazines, and generally own the space in creative photography, but he used to work with photography and lighting at QVC — yep, the home shopping channel. It gave him a really diverse array of skills when it comes to making stage lighting more exciting and capturing details. But will it translate to capturing your wedding? Just wait until you see the proof.
