A jazz band, cajun food, & absinthe dispensers at this joyful New Orleans wedding

Cailin and Brett have had plenty of travels and adventures around the world. Seeing how much they love food, music, and revelry, the decision to have their wedding in New Orleans was a no-brainer. Their stunning New Orleans wedding really expressed their personalities by steering away from traditions which didn't fit them, and creating a wedding that expressed who they are from the rustic, classic New Orleans style venue, organic flowers fresh from the florist's garden, to the French 75 and Sazerac bar, which were served from absinthe dispensers.

A globally-inspired & eclectic New Orleans wedding of two humanitarians

This wedding was not only held at one of the most beautiful venues in the south, Race & Religious, but also celebrated elements of the couple's global philanthropic efforts. Anna and William are globetrotting humanitarians. They’ve spent their lives helping others and fell in love where they currently live in Senegal, West Africa. Their wedding was focused around all the moments they shared with one another and their guests who flew in from all over the world to celebrate with them.

A luxe New Orleans wedding inspired by the style of the city

The inspiration for Amanda and Terry's New Orleans wedding was the city itself. We're talking jewel tones, candles, and dramatic décor. Amanda wanted the theme of the day to be "more is more," (maximalism FTW!) which carried through from the food to the table settings, all the way to her wedding gown. One of our favorite details is their floating cake table that held their peacock cake(!).

Just wait until you see when Amanda took the stage with the band to belt a few tunes!
