Emily and Travis had an epic DIY Viking wedding for the ages, all in their backyard. Wait till you see their medieval decor and their guests in costume!
Since Caitlin proposed to Kris with the tortoises at the Southwick Zoo, we included the turtles in all our little details including a custom logo designed by Caitlin/paper straws with turtle cutouts (save the sea turtles!), handknit turtle coffee sleeve favors which doubled as a seating chart by Caitlin’s grandmother Marcia, and even more turtle decorations.
Since it was a lesbian wedding, we of course had to include rainbows!
Mary and Michael got married with a whimsical Nightmare before Christmas wedding theme. There were Jack Skellington cookies, balloons, and one of the best zombie-themed guest book prints we’ve seen. Oh, and just wait until you see the cake: Jack Skellington meets Batman! Don’t miss their pooch dressed up in tails, in addition to his actual tail.
Coleen MacRamos is a New England wedding photographer that calls herself “a weirdo loving weirdo.” So it’s no wonder that her expertise is photographing couples who don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera… or even expressing any sort of PDA! So if that sounds like the kind of couple you guys are, here’s why you should go on a “first date” with MacRamos Photography…
Holly and Chris held their wedding at Sand Pond, New Hampshire at Holly’s late grandparents’ house. Our favorite idea to snag was their “false first look.” They didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but still wanted to have that first look moment. Enter a totally blind first look with some hand holding and sweet nothings.
This is one gorgeously rustic wedding between a filmmaker and photographer who love all things film, food trucks, and pastel colors. With lawn games, touching speeches, and a flowery vintage feel, Mary and Jeremy absolutely captured our hearts with this New Hampshire wedding. The apple orchard venue, Sunset Hill Orchard, was one hell of a backdrop, too. Don’t miss the killer cupcake display and gold-toned movie-themed centerpieces, too!
