So much magic at this butterfly themed wedding in a sculpture garden

So much magic at this butterfly themed wedding in a sculpture garden

Liz and Steven planned a fairy and butterfly themed wedding at the Umlauf Sculpture Garden & Museum in Austin, Texas. Liz’s late mother was known as “the butterfly lady,” so when the pair did a butterfly release after their ceremony, it had a lot of meaning. This was especially so when Liz was covered in the butterflies all over her dress. The symbolism is so sweet.

Don’t miss the greenery-covered tables, adorable mini bites at the reception, typewriter guestbook, and Liz’s gorgeous tiara!

Woodland creatures, wings, and magic abound at this faery-themed wedding

Amber and Red had a faery-themed wedding which allowed everyone to dress as woodland creatures or costumes of their choosing. It turned a normal wedding day into something truly magical.

Amber and Red met years ago through friends in San Luis Obispo, CA. Although they have now moved to the Pacific Northwest, San Luis Obispo is still one of their favorite places. They held the wedding there to honor it and share their love of the town. You’ll want to see the colors, glitter, and magic of this amazing wedding in California…

Gorgeous wedding party boots, handmade faerie dresses, and loads of rustic details make this wedding a heartbreaker. There were hula hoops at the cocktail hour, dancing down the aisle at the ceremony, and the reception included a sword fight, impromptu "Lord of the Dance" performance, and a birthday celebration. Definitely don’t miss the epic sword fight, too!

The armored corset dress (that I’m on a quest to buy), the silver filigree crown, the groom’s cloak and bandolier, the Moroccan glass star-shaped lanterns for the bridesmaids… I just CAN’T with this wedding. It’s the medieval garb wedding of my fantasy-driven heart. And that’s saying a lot. You just have to see this gorgeous pair and their amazingly dressed guests at this fantasy RPG-themed wedding.
