My wife and I wanted a colorful wedding where the main focus was love, food, and fun. We also wanted to highlight my Latina background and Alohi’s Hawaiian heritage.
This killer leather and acrylic wedding inspiration was inspired by holographic and neon decor seen at Coachella’s art installations. With a mix of dark and light flowers and vivid colors, it was a seriously dynamic look. We were loving all the acrylic details. It was held at one of Detroit’s newest venues, a restored original whiskey factory with natural light pouring in and an original antique bar found in an old Detroit mansion. This bride rocked her lucky leather jacket over a lace dress with floating appliqués. Don’t miss the “fuck yeah” cake topper…
Jay and Kacy got married on their shared birthday, July 28th with their dog Marbie and nine-month-old son, Milo, as the guests of honor. They decorated with bright, colorful paperie that they had collected for the entire length of their relationship.
Without a doubt, we knew we wanted our wedding to be colorful. I've always been drawn to bohemian decor and rich hues, so it was a no-brainer that we would tie in jewel tones and gold for our small touches. I gave each of my bridesmaids a color and let them go to town. It was fun to see them each choose a dress that fit their individual styles. (Don’t miss all the amazing song choices in this one, y’all!)
The Madonna Inn is known for it’s kitschy flavor that matched Chris and Steph’s peacock feathers and LED wedding featuring feather boutonnieres, a paisley groom suit, light-up shoes, copper lanterns, a wooden ceremony arch, and starry theme. The couple met at an electronic music festival in California and wanted that same electric vibe infused into their wedding. The rocked feathers, bold colors, and lights to create a super fun yet glam
Amanda and Matt had a gorgeous and colorful wedding at Lanwades Hall in Kentford, Newmarket, UK with Simpsons references, an outdoor ceremony, and a CAROUSEL. No joke! Their Humanist ceremony included sing-along songs and a pupper bridesmaids, too. It was a party to remember.
Don’t miss the rainbow decor and photo booth, picnic fête style, and Fozzie Bear cameo…
