A rural California rock 'n' roll family wedding under the stars

Sarah and Michael married on June 21, 2017 in rural Covelo, CA. The couple chose to get married at Sarah's family home, where they first met, and where Sarah gave birth to their daughter, Maddie. The ceremony began with the groomsmen and bridesmaids having a dance-off down the aisle, and, as Sarah began to walk down the aisle, one of Michael's friends surprised him by taking the mic and singing "Kiss the Girl" from The Little Mermaid, which then led to the entire audience singing along.

Let's take a peek at this rock 'n' roll family wedding under the stars…

A rainy fall farm wedding with woodworking details

Emily and Rodney had a vintage-inspired wedding in Michigan with fall colors, tattoos, Princess Bride and Harry Potter cameos, and woodworking details. Emily is a woodworker and made the inlay for Rodney's ring. She and her grandfather own a woodworking business so they were able to make most of the decor together.

Her uncle officiated the wedding, starting off with a homage to The Princess Bride, which had everyone laughing. She had some Harry Potter-inspired vows which made everyone sob.

Wristbands, fireworks, lasers, & glow sticks at this musical fest inspired wedding

Rachel and Rob love music festivals and wanted their wedding to reflect that passion with festival wristbands, a glitter and glow stick bar, a bonfire, fireworks, multiple music acts, lasers, and live art. They hosted it at all at Stone Tavern Farm in Roxbury, NY with the ceremony in the glowing field beneath a tree. Don't miss the hot dog-costumed toast, a glitter and glow station, a live painting being created during the wedding, and a surprise fireworks display followed by an after party with live music performed by Space Bacon and an accompanying laser show. Here's what Rachel had to say about it all…

Get the hankies for this bird-loving, double rainbow-blessed barn wedding

Our wedding was rustic and relaxed. We are avid birders (in a really hip, appropriate-for-30-somethings kind of way), so we included small bird-related details wherever we could. We snuck feathers into our boutonnieres and centerpieces, our cake toppers were a sweet pair of lovebirds, our table "numbers" were antique-framed Sibley's bird postcards and each of us referenced our shared love for birding together in our vows.

Have a "first donut" at this stunning rustic barn wedding

Lauren and Tyson had one of those weddings where you can't stop scrolling to see what covetable detail you'll want to snag next. There were lawn games, "first donuts," vintage plates, a birch wedding cake, and some of the most lovely rustic chic decor we've seen. You'll die when you see the huge barn door that served as their ceremony arch. To.die.for.

Try and stop yourself from grinning when you see this rustic barn wedding in Florida…
