Rockin’ rock-paper-scissors rockabilly wedding in Wollongong

Shane and Jenner's wedding
had me at “shark mouth portrait.” But beyond this clearly awesome photo, their wedding, photographed by Lakshal Perera, featured some fabulous rockabilly styling, a game of rock-paper-scissors for the vows, and some rad tattoos — real and temporary! Check out this rockin' rock-paper-scissors rockabilly wedding in Wollongong, Australia. (Say that three times fast.)

See what I mean about the style? I just can't get over how amazing the boys look.

Uh oh — stalemate for the vow readings.

They featured burlesque dancers at their wedding reception…

… and these super bad-ass custom temporary tattoos!

To see more of the rockin' details (more tattoos, zombie portraits, and a thrift store photo shoot) head over to Lakshal Perera's blog.

  1. Wollongong! We honeymooned there. It’s great to see such a fabulous wedding in a place we loved. Fantastic!

  2. Yay! Thanks for posting this Megs and Offbeat Bride! It’s a lovely feeling seeing my work up on my favourite wedding website! 🙂

    • I can not recommend Lucky highly enough! He made us feel so relaxed and got along with everyone so well, it felt like he was a guest! Upbeat all day and willing to try anything, even in the face of no dinner! (catering mishap!) Like having a really good friend that’s also a totally kick ass and professional photographer!

Also, he got my wedding on OffbeatBride, which is pretty *squeee* worthy!

  3. Great wedding! Can you help us? My fiance has been looking for a tux like the ones featured here! Would you be kind enough to tell us where we would get something similar?

    Thanks!
