Red and Julian's excellent road trip adventure wedding #Real Weddings: Midwest US#classic car#michigan#red hair#travel theme#vintage dress#vintage weddings Posted Mar 16 2020 Catherine Clark bijouxandbits Photos by: Miss Lyss Photography LLC Photos by Miss Lyss Photography LLC Taelor (aka Red) and Julian met through their love of vehicles and are members of a low riding truck club called No Regrets that travels across the country. In true No Regrets fashion, they are one big family, and the members of the group came from all parts of the country to see these two get married. Red lives, eats, sleeps, and breathes vintage and all things pin-up while Julian would wear red plaid every day of the week if you let him. Getting married at the historical Packard Proving Grounds really showcased their love for history and vehicles. It also allowed them to have a very fun feel: they wanted guests to feel like they were going on a road trip with maps and suitcases with flowers in them. They brought their own vintage vehicles to the wedding, too. The ceremony was filled with tears and laughter and ended with personal vows and the most beautiful line by the groom: "I can't wait to grow old and gray with you all while you stay red." Here's a bit more from the bride… "Being that our theme was to true to us, most of our decor was from our home. I used my collected vintage suitcases in our ceremony and reception space. We started collecting souvenir felt flags about two years ago and thought they would be perfect for tables instead of numbers. We also utilized these felt flags at our altar hanging them behind us so they could dance in the breeze. We did have to make some of our decor as well."
