Learn more about our ads. Michelle Gunton is an artsy wedding photographer in Raleigh, North Carolina who LOVES brides who like to do things differently. She likes working with brides who, as she says, "probably are the type who don't care if a little dirt gets on their dress during a bridal session." Ha. I love that. Michelle is known for being artsy with a photojournalistic style and for her awesome trash the dress sessions. But she can also rock the engagement photos, bridal portraits and maternity sessions (for all you Offbeat Mamas out there) just as fiercely. But let's get back to the wedding photos. I'm copying and pasting this from her wedding photo website because I love it so much… I promise to be excited about shooting your wedding and have a bunch of fun doing it! [I promise] to use every muscle in my body to get the shot, whether its ducking in thorny bushes, laying on the ground, you can expect the artistic view. [I promise] to roll with the punches — Nothing will shock me, weddings are completely unpredictable and I'm excited about whatever happens at your wedding… whether it was planned or not. All that for anywhere from $1995 to $3150, and all of her packages come with digital files. Amen, sista! So if Michelle's awesome skillz, attitude and style have captured your heart, then by all means, have her capture your wedding too! How unique of an angle to take a photo! Also, the lighting seems to give the subjects dress movement. Simply wonderful! Reply Beautiful pictures! Reply I feel like I am the luckiest bride to have had Michelle Gunton as our photographer this September for our wedding! Before we booked her, we looked at a lot of her work from previous weddings and such. I knew that she would be able to capture my special day like no other photographer could. I didn't want the usual pictures taken, where you just stand there and pose and smile. I wanted something artistic and creative and different. Sure enough after we received our pictures back, I was AMAZED! It was exactly what I was hoping for. She was a blast to work with during the wedding as well. She has a wonderful personality and has fun while shooting your special day. Not like some of the other photographers that get all huffy and puffy and rush you. I would highly recommend Michelle Gunton to photograph your special day. It was definitely one of the best decisions we ever made! Reply Thanks everyone. I enjoyed photographing your day too Erin. Love ya! Reply Michelle Gunton was amazing to work with! She has done my wedding, my trash the dress, and my daughters first birthday, and at all events captured the best moments. She also has a little edge to her, which makes her fun to work with. She's not your "average joe" photographer! Reply Michelle is an awesome photographer. Very fun to work with and has very good prices. She did my engagement, bridal and wedding photos. She is an amazing person to work with and will use her again in the future. 🙂 Reply I found Michelle Gunton on the internet and absolutely fell in love with her and had to book her for our wedding. We got married in May of this year and Michelle captured every single moment plus so much more! She was amazing to work with and made you feel just as important as any of her other clients! I loved her fun personality and the fact that she has so much passion for what she does. She truly cares about getting those perfect shots and making your pictures something that you will always look at with a big smile! Reply Michelle's work is absolutely awesome. She loves what she does and it shows. You've come along way baby! Continued success! Reply Choosing Michelle for my daughter's wedding was one of the easiest decisions we made. Once we met with her and saw her brilliant work, we knew it was a perfect fit. My daughter wanted someone who could not only capture the day in a traditional manner, but could also see things in a more creative, insightful way. Michelle's photos of her engagement session as well as the wedding were absolutely perfect and we are hoping she will honor us by photographing a session next year for my husband and I as we celebrate our 25th anniversary. Reply yay! finally an NC girl! Reply What can I say..Michelle, simply one of the best.. her pictures speak for themselves..:) Reply Michelle Gunton's photography is truly unique. I never see the same shot twice. She has the ability to represent each wedding in it's own skin. No carbon copy shots of cakes and flowers! Each bride, groom, family, ceremony and the like are unique and special to that couple. Bottom line, her photos give goosebumps! Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see the next shoot! Reply Michelle is a very talenteed and a well respected Raleigh photographer. I have had the pleasure of getting to work with her and she is just amazing.
