Fielding and Brandon's wedding at the Motorco Music Hall in North Carolina has a lot of gorgeous going for it. The colorful, farm-fresh flowers, the outdoor reception at twilight… but I've got a couple favorite things about this September wedding that you need to check out.

For example, I love me a slinky wedding dress. Fielding's sheer, sparkly gown is perfect for this urban celebration: sexy, romantic, and just casual enough with some sandals. And how awesome is it that Brandon threw in a little artistic flair into his own style? He made his bull-shaped cufflinks himself. (Psst — Durham, North Carolina, is also called Bull City. LOVE that attention to detail.)

But my favorite thing? You guys. Check out their dessert table. Fielding and Brandon selected a variety of creatively flavored cakes, and then labeled them clearly with the cutest lil chalkboard vases. Lavender Honey? YES PLEASE.

  1. YES! I am making my friends' wedding cakes and that is the perfect way to display them- hurrah! OBB wins again….

Not to mention that the bride and groom are ridiculously adorable.

  2. Hey, I'm seeing random shoes interspersed through this post. I'm browsing on an iPad. Beautiful wedding, even with the shoes!

  3. This is my city! I love Motorco! The woman who made the beautiful cakes goes to my church! Waa! I love this so hard!
