New Orleans meets pop culture meets foodie details at this Atlanta wedding #Real Weddings: Southern US#bearded groom#brides in glasses#couples of color#geeky weddings#georgia#industrial#natural hair Posted Jun 2 2017 Catherine Clark bijouxandbits Photos by: Peach and Oak Photography Photos by Peach and Oak Photography Alex and Michael's rad New Orleans-inspired wedding was a mash-up of Harry Potter, pop culture, and a New Orleans speakeasy vibe with a dash of chef-inspired details (Alex loves to cook and wanted to incorporate food into the decor). All these ideas were set against the amazing industrial backdrop of the King Plow Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia. From the persimmons and red cabbage hidden in the bouquet, to the box of Harry Potter-themed Owl Post "letters" that held their self-designed rings, to the gorgeous tablescapes that brought a new meaning to "farm to table," this wedding had everything a pop culture and foodie nerd could ever want.
