Cake toppers were popular in this week's entries to the Offbeat Flickr Pool. We also saw a smidgen of parasols, tats, and a maypole too!
Joanna and Julian's cake topper looks adorably like them. I love the inclusion of their wee kittehs too.
And here is the full display of literary awesomeness: book-topped cupcakes arranged on piles of books and surrounded by origami flowers made from book pages.
Jess and Dan topped their cake with birds in lurve. Sweet, flowery purple lurve!
Holy risque skeletons, Batman! Mandy and Jeff get their sexy on with this skelly representation on their cake.
Jeanne and Jeremy have mini doppelgangers as their cake toppers. Same outfits and everything.

Sadie's aunt surprised her with a cake that fit her Renaissance theme. That's the beauty of a potluck… you never know what surprises you'll get.
Amy and her girls sported this fabulous custom necklace from Heidi Seeker.
Oh, and let's not neglect Amy's other side, which has this killer tat saying, “Together in Electric Dreams,” which was her and her beau's first dance song! The “Wedfest” fascinator makes it all the more awesome.
Check out Shon and Spencer's swag table. Parasols, fans, and are those scarves? Either way, want!
A wedding maypole! The two brides are in front wearing the cream and brown dresses. This looks like insane fun.

Jeanne, one of my favorite people on my favorite website! Jeanne and Jeremy make Jacksonville, FL look cool. 🙂
I love the Together in Electric dreams tattoo, and just need to comment in case the bride ever reads this to recommend she check out Lali Puna’s cover of the song, which is what I’m planning on walking down the aisle to.
Hiya! I am the Bride 🙂 Thanks for your comment Pixy, I will check it out!!
To those who asked about our cake topper: we commissioned it from Sophia’s Workshop (http://www.sophiasworkshop.com/) and we highly recommend her!
