THE COLORS!!! The bride, Mathea describes herself as a simple conservative girl on the outside, yet her insides are rainbow colors. Yes! I think this picture seriously reflects that. I'm freakin' OBSESSED with those ornament bouquets — which appear to be the result of an Offbeat Bride tutorial! Mathea and her bridesmaids weren't the only colorful kids in attendance. Check out Luke's groomsmen and their funky socks/colorful vests: I want MOAR! A friend of mine was in a wedding that had a simliarly rainbowed theme…all the maids wore white dresses and were assigned shoes, ribbon belts, hair flowers & bouquets of a different color. I like that idea a lot. I like it so much I contemplated stealing it for a while 🙂 Reply Oh my gosh, I love it! Black is such an easy color for most people to wear, but what a way to spice it up! Reply Their wedding style is the fashion equivalent of those Sweet Secret toys I had as a kid. They looked fairly normal on the outside – like any run of the mill jewel-shaped toy – but then you open them up and take a closer look and there's a surprise inside! I love that they chose to rock the classic black but added some surprise via bursts of color. P.S. I would like to make the groomsmen socks into puppets. Please? Reply I would love for you to make puppets out of them, but my 10 year old cousin got all the guys to give her their socks. lol at the end of the reception all my groomsmen and groom were barefoot lol Reply That is a 10 year old after my own heart/sock love! I love your pops of rainbow magic by the way. Reply Uber awesome! Yep, that's what it is. Reply I love the colors. They're so bright! And the socks are especially awesome. Reply oooh.h…..see now thats rad. Reply Radness! Reply Love popping into to see the fun colors again and great smiles! 4 years and 3 kids later things have changed. 🙂 Reply Join the conversation Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
