Gianna and Erin met working as writers on the same TV show and their friendship blossomed into love. Now they spend their time, as they told us, “playing Bananagrams and Pac-man, traveling to Japan and Berlin, and cooking and eating a lot. We also make time for crossword puzzles and general nonsense.” Sounds like perfection to me!

They planned a super fun wedding at the oldest bowling alley in LA, Highland Park Bowl, (which had never hosted a wedding before!). They didn't want their wedding to feel like a wedding but rather just a fun party. Plus, they loved the old-timey feel of the space, like they were stepping into history.

Don't miss Erin's fab black and navy dress and Gianna's suit that was once owned by Ellen Degeneres!

Comments on LA’s oldest bowling alley was the backdrop at this chic & playful two-bride wedding

  1. I love this wedding — the joy on their faces, the colorful outfits, the quirky venue, the donation to LAMBDA Legal instead of favors, the supportive friends and family.

(Also, we have planned to do something similar with LAMBDA, a reproductive justice group, and a racial justice group for our upcoming.)
