Two daredevils had an indoor skydiving elopement (dressed as pirates!) #Real Weddings: Western US#brides in glasses#costumes#eloping#halloween#oregon#pirates#portland Posted Apr 11 2017 Catherine Clark bijouxandbits Photos by: Images from Amy Photos by Images from Amy Kazi and Joe met in full costume at an anime convention and quickly became inseparable. For their one-year anniversary as a couple, they tried out indoor skydiving together at the iFLY location near where they lived. Joe proposed to Kazi while free-falling on the Daredevil Dive at Six Flag Great America. They then moved across the country to Portland, Oregon. When the two saw iFLY Portland’s elopement package giveaway, they knew it was the venue for their indoor skydiving elopement. Kazi and Joe were the clear winners. They exchanged vows on Halloween dressed as pirates. They married inside the tunnel with a few iFLY staff members as their witnesses (dressed as a shark and a Ninja Turtle). They were married by their iFLY instructor, who happened to be ordained. Ready to see this pirates-meet-skydiving wedding?
