Oh MAN, do I love a good hit off the forest fairy wedding fashion crack pipe. The sweet colors! The peaked edges! The whimsical touches. Come with me — let's inhale Morgan's outfit together, all as captured by Jesse Schafer Photography:

Wedding Dress
I am in love with everything -- the pointed lace-up top, the satin-edged skirt, the little leaves on it, the fairy crown! Oh, and that's Morgan's son dressed as a satyr in the background

Three words for you: detachable. leafy. bustle.
Purple fluff underneath! See this wetness here? THAT IS MY DROOL.

And what does a forest fairy wear on her feet? Green suede moccasins from Earthgarden, natch

While I'm over here in the corner twitching from my fairy fashion high, you all can rest assured that more of this wedding is coming to you soon — we've got a profile in a few days!

  1. Oh my! What an amazing dress. The purple and green just go so well together. So unique. I am in love. Can not wait to see the profile!

  2. Thanks, I just had to wipe the drool off of my keyboard. 😀 This looks so amazing!! I can't wait to see the entire profile!

  3. Satyr! amazing – I would want to read about this wedding just for that!
as for the bride – spectacular – this looks like a wedding I will wish I had been invited to!

  4. Thanks for posting this on your website! It was seriously a blast working with this couple. Their friends, family, just the whole atmosphere of this wedding was magical, and the couple is totally crazy about each other, which made shooting with them an absolute joy. I believe her mother in law actually made that amazing dress, but you might want to ask morgan about that. Again, thank you, and keep up the good work!

  5. Amazing dress! Seen as I am currently planning a woodland wedding with purple, green and brown colours, I anxiously await the full post!!!
