A ceremony on the platform and a wedding breakfast on an original steam train through East Lancashire in Manchester, UK. Are you kidding me with this amazingness? They danced the night away in a transport museum to top off the theme. Unconventional spaces are some of the most interesting ways to make your wedding something different and Katie and Paul ROCKED it.

Don’t miss their choice to have everyone rock in Mancunian style to an all-woman acoustic string group.

These world travelers tied the knot at their German castle wedding

Having finished her studies, Elli wanted to travel the world before starting her job as a teacher. She booked flights to Australia and New Zealand and met Terry on the third day in Lorne. For Terry it was love at first sight, and after traveling together to New Zealand, Elli realized Terry was the one as well. They have been together ever since. The relaxed and elegant wedding was held in a castle built around the year 1200. Elli envisioned the day to be inviting, easy, personal, and down to earth with a touch of boho and lovely flowers. There was a mix of lavender, eucalyptus, field flowers, and touches of chrysanthemums and berries.

After 14 years of waiting, these Australian ladies finally had the sparkly potluck wedding of their dreams

We waited over 14 years to get married because Australia took its sweet time to come around to marriage equality, and in that time we really managed to shed pretty much every idea and expectation around what weddings should be that didn't suit or serve us. My husband and I are great lovers of history, literature, and the arts. I grew up as the child of an actor and an opera singer and Steven's father is also a musician, so we were both immersed in the world of the performing arts from birth. Those interests have since bloomed into a love of historical costuming. We talked about what a dream it would be to run away and have our wedding in Ireland and made it happen…

A cornflower blue and lemon yellow Philippines wedding with Moroccan influences

An ultra glam blue and yellow Philippines wedding with Moroccan influences

We had a Moroccan theme with a cornflower blue and lemon yellow color palette. I also did have lemon literally on my bouquet! I wore a sheer prep gown instead of the usual bridal robes. All of our Principal Sponsors blessed us one by one, which is not part of the usual Catholic wedding in The Philippines. The reception had a Moroccan vibe with all possible shades of blue and yellow.
