You'll swoon over how these ladies danced into their ceremony #Real Weddings: Midwest US#black dress#board games#bride in pants#brides in glasses#lesbian weddings#LGBTQ#minneapolis#minnesota Posted Dec 9 2015 Catherine Clark bijouxandbits Photos by: Jeannine Marie Photography Photos by Jeannine Marie Photography Mary and Emily had been together for ten years waiting for gay marriage to be legalized. Three days after the ban was overturned, Mary called Emily's mom to ask for her hand in marriage. Her mom's response was, "Well, it's about time." They live in Arizona, but they decided to have the wedding ceremony and reception in their home state of Minnesota at Le Meridien Chambers’ rooftop terrace in Minneapolis. Our favorite part was how they danced into their ceremony that ended with their guests forming a half circle around them. They then shared a dance before the ceremony started and another dance after.
