Mmmm… this cream and black wedding dress is tasty

Updated Oct 12 2015

I love this Scottish bride's dress — I've never seen anything like it. The black underskirt and bust give it the most amazing flavor. I can imagine this concept working with any number of colors — blue, red, whatever.

In my secret dreams, the cream overdress comes right off, and then the bride has an amazing black gown to wear to other events. Check out the back:

  1. I love it! I'm trying to figure out if it's a dress + a corset + a white skirt thingy that goes over the black dress? I've been thinking about doing something like this, so it helps to see a real life example!

  2. Love, love, LOVE this dress. Do you know the bride — or more specifically, do you know where she got the dress?

  3. Hello. I like the idea of black and cream together and might just have to come up with an idea something like this. I custom make alternate garden wedding dresses and just love what I do. I make gorgeous cream and white patchwork dresses.

    • Oh my gosh I really love your work!! I've been looking for an alternative wedding dress for a super plus size body and I think some of your styles will suit me!! I'm very excited now 🙂

  4. I am so in love with this dress and desperatly want something like this for my wedding. I have been giving everyone hell about dresses and I just fell in love with this! Where is it from?

  5. OMG. I love this dress with a passion. I know it's been…4 years, but has anyone been able to find out where she got it, or where I might be able to get it? (Or get it made?)
