Read more One of my favorite quotes that we've featured is this little snippet from Robert Fulghum (also sometimes attributed to Dr. Seuss): "We are all a little weird and life's a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love." As a weirdo with a penchant for similar weirdos, this resonates with me. I decided to whip up a DIY printable cake topper banner with "mutual weirdness" as its theme. To DIY this banner yourself, print out the letters on cardstock (PDF here!), snip them out with scissors, attach them to some thin string like baker's twine, and tie the string to some sticks or paper straws as shown here.
