Bordello By Pleaser Women's Violet-01R PumpOffbeat Bride reader Megan pointed out that it's been almost a year since my last post packed with wedding shoes for mah peeps with the larger feet, so I think it's time to get browsing! All these styles are available in at least a size 11, most in a 12, and some on up to a 15. As always, my taste runs LOUD — which means a lot of glitter, bright colors, and animal print. PS: If you're looking primarily for wider shoes, take a peek over here!

    • I changed wording from "ladies" to "peeps" in the name of gender inclusiveness, despite the fact that these shoes actually do not qualify as "larger" in traditional men's shoe sizes.

  1. I actually just logged in here to say that any time you want to include references to RuPaul on this blog is ok. Kthx.

    1 agrees
    • Oh, I am ALWAYS down for some Ru Realness on Offbeat Bride. Or Latrice gifs:

      4 agree
  2. I already have my wedding shoes, but I love you for this post none the less. Finding (pretty) shoes in a size Eu43 is hard on the best of days, but I found it even worse for wedding shoes.

  3. I love this! Ok, I love all the shoe posts. The Ru Paul shoe reminded me of a question I've been meaning to ask forever. I can't wear heels, and I've enjoyed the recent flats in your posts. But tell me, oh shoe goddesses out there in OBBland: where can I find great sexy STRAPPY flats?

Yes, all of the caps were necessary 🙂 I would like to add that as a lady with wide feet, I can almost always have an M width shoe fit my W feet if I go up a half size. This may not work for everyone, but something to consider. I lurve the shoe posts 🙂

  5. I noticed a thread on the tribe about super small size shoes being an issue as well. Maybe that can be the next roundup?

    • I have to balance my "special needs" shoe posts, because things can get oddly weird after a while, with people being like "Ok, so you did purple flats for people with larger feet — but what about EGGPLANT flats who have larger feet and are missing a toe? WHY DON'T YOU EVER VALIDATE MY FEET!?" 🙂

That said, if you want flats, tiny shoes can be really fun.

  6. Ooo! The purple peep toe heels with the big bow (RSVP Cailyn) are super cute! They make me feel tempted to buy them now.

  7. LOVE those rhinestone openers – especially in black and red. Your shoe posts are my reason to read Offbeat Bride years after my wedding.

  8. I love these posts! It's really nice when I can find any evidence that I am not the only person who wears a size 14-15 shoe. Moar big shoes!!

  9. Thanks for taking my suggestion! Love to see bigger shoes posts, and you found some really awesome ones.

  10. I always love your shoe posts, Ariel! Could you do us tiny people a favor & post some sexy heels in *sizes 6 & under*? Those of us who can fit in kids' sizes have a hard time finding grownup shoes. We will love you forever!

  11. I am a size 11 footed lady, but I also have wide feet. That makes finding sexy wedding shoes difficult, especially when you don't want chunky heels or four-inchers. I ended up having good luck at DSW, but I also bought one of those wooden shoe stretchers. It really made a difference!
