There’s documentation, and then there’s art — and Layer Cake Super 8 wedding films clearly takes wedding videography to that second level.
Yes, Layer Cake is an offbeat advertiser. But this is one of those advertisers where I get all clappy and squealy because I’m so freaking excited about Layer Cake’s custom wedding films. See, rather than just doing the standard wedding videography thang, Layer Cake’s Michelle (who has seven years of film editing experience working on TV, docs, music videos, etc in Hollywood) uses one of those awesome old Super 8 cameras to make her wedding films — and the results are the most fabulous shade of awesome with their retro, vintage film feel.
