The lovely CoupleI'm not sure what else to say other than swooning and falling out of my chair. I love the hot pink and pale turquoise scheme of Tasche & Matt's 2005 wedding in East Hoathly, UK — it's extra awesome when you see the whole wedding party.

Ooh, and the shoes.

…And omg, the cake!

You can check out the whole set, but this this is my favorite shot. Yay for laughs and smiles and pink hair!

(Thanks to Renester for the photo!)

brideandgroomI love this Scottish bride's dress — I've never seen anything like it. The black underskirt and bust give it the most amazing flavor. I can imagine this concept working with any number of colors — blue, red, whatever.

In my secret dreams, the cream overdress comes right off, and then the bride has an amazing black gown to wear to other events. Check out the back here and a detail shot here.

(Thanks to tired and emotional for the photo!)

My offbeat groom: Lee Davies, Delivery Driver

Location & date of wedding: September 3rd, 2005 in Ammanford, South Wales

What made our wedding offbeat: After 10 years together, we decided to throw a big fat funky retro wedding. And I did it all in keeping with our pink and green theme.

shine on, you crazy diamonds! The offbeat bride: Maria Barletti, IT Project Manager (and Offbeat Bride lab rat!)

My offbeat groom: Kenneth Spence, Teacher

Location & date of wedding: Marylebone Registry office in London, and then the Chapel of Love and Loathe at Glastonbury Festival, in June 2004

What made our wedding offbeat: Well, to begin with there was just the two of us plus two witnesses. We started at the London registry office and then went to the Glastonbury Festival, where we spent our wedding night in a tent, surrounded by a sea of tents. We then had another ceremony at the festival, at the famous "chapel of love and loathe," which included transvestite nuns, Elvis-themed vows, and was filmed for the BBC.

Check out these fabulous photos of Kate and Lee's amazingly stylish wedding. From the bride's green dress (that print! I swoon.) to the impeccable white suits of the wedding party to the table settings to the fabulous conjugal vehicle, I am totally smitten.

…And you want to talk about groomsmen band shots? Check this shit out! I want to travel through time and space to go to this wedding. Check out the photoset on Flickr.
