What made our wedding offbeat: The first thing everyone notices is my green and black dress. I designed it and my friend Rachel made it, as well as all the bridesmaids' dresses. Also coordinated to my dress was my cast I had on my left hand/arm that covered my left ring & pinky fingers! I fell and broke my hand exactly two weeks before the wedding! The designs on it were a coordinated effort from my dressmaker and a haunted house airbrush artist, with a matching "bracelet" made by yours truly.

What made our wedding offbeat: Nick and I met at his first gig in his new band that he was playing in, with my brother. We both love live music and have been to quite a few concerts together. He proposed to me at a concert front row and center! So I had to pull that in to our wedding.

What made our wedding offbeat: We saved a fortune becasue it was a package Las Vegas wedding — we had a vow renewal ceremony as the big shin dig instead of the court-house wedding we had six months ago.

I got to wear my chucks and kick-ass stockings. We played the music we wanted at the reception. DId I mention we did a crap ton of it ourselves? The programs were amazing… okay so maybe i'm biased because we made a billion of them! Lol.
