Kathleen and Larry got married at Seattle's Urban Light Studios They ♥ OBB; we ♥ them , an eclectic and chic venue with a speakeasy vibe. Kate from Kate McElwee Photography and Carna from Very Important Events shared the photos from the colorful and subtly bee-themed event from last April. Even the food matched the orange and green color scheme!

Danielle & Carl had a magical reception at a special B&B in Kentucky. Despite some serious health issues, they had a fantastic, fun event!

Haley & Patrick are lucky in the sense that both of their parents were very supportive of their offbeat-ness. This allowed them to have their wedding day their way. So, they had a quaker ceremony, followed by a reception filled with games and dancing!

Lindsay & Val share a passion for attending musicals and shows. They incorporated hints of that throughout their Broadway-themed wedding in Chicago. Even though gay marriage isn't legal in Illinois, Lindsay & Val wanted to have a wedding ceremony in which they could unite in front of their friends and family!

Ailea & Marshall wanted a wedding that reflected who they are, their love of the outdoors, Ailea's Tex-Mex heritage, Marshall's disdain for shoes and ties, and their love of candy, alcohol, good food, and dancing. What they ended up with was a flip-flop friendly wedding fiesta!

Carla & Jon had an enchanted forest wedding in an incredibly magical looking hobbit house shaped like a gnomish hat! However, due to California's legislated exclusion of gay marriage they chose not to get legally married until they were in the more fair-minded state of Iowa!

Stacy & Daniel had a Dr. Suess themed wedding which included three foot Cat in the Hat hats, a five foot Cat in the Hat cardboard cut out, stuffed Seuss characters used instead of pew bows and more!
