I'm especially taken with Liz's bubbly uber-ruffled pink Betsy Johnson wedding dress — it makes me think of a cupcake or some other sugary baked good begging for some om-nom-nomming:

I'm not sure how Michelle managed to make the roller rink lighting turn so lush and delicious, but the photos are screaming with color and out of this world…

Location & date of wedding: Aunt Karla's Backyard Garden, Portland, OR — 07/18/2009

What made our wedding offbeat: We really didn't hire anyone for anything. We had a few rentals delivered (tables, chairs, our Honeybucket) from outside vendors, but we did all the food & drinks, cupcakes, table settings and flowers, decor, etc., ourselves (that is, with TONS of help from family and friends).

I have fallen madly, deeply in love with this bride and her short pink wedding dress.

The bride and groom eloped to Maui from India. Their wedding incorporated Indian wedding traditions like Henna tattoos for the bride and some island wedding elements like a sand ceremony and a dove release.

What made our wedding offbeat: Friends and family helped with absolutely everything! Music, officiating, cooking, decorating, photography… everything! The best part about it was that everyone who helped their own unique touch.
