I'll let you in on a mildly creepy secret: when you buy shoes from one of my shoe posts, I can see what you buy. No, not you SPECIFICALLY. But y'all in general. I don't know who buys what, but by looking through my records, I can see which shoes y'all love the most.

Last summer, I took a stab at finding white wedding shoes that felt unexpected. When I went hunting for more this week, I found polkadots, cut-out flats, boots, and even a pair of blood-splattered pumps. Who says white is traditional?

It's no secret that Etsy.com can be an offbeat bride's best friend — you can find almost ANYTHING you can dream up for your wedding. And now sifting through all of Etsy to find the truely offbeat wedding goods just got a LOT easier thanks to We love offbeat Etsy weddings.

A few months ago, I featured some of my favorite shoes from Modcloth.com. But their inventory comes and goes quickly, so I figured it was time to revisit their collection and see what was up OBB's alleys.

Ooh, wedding shoes covered in feathers. And wings! And more feathers.

So yes, I normally go for the very loud, very colorful shoes. But this week I thought I'd try white. Bridal white. White shoes that still pack a wollop and make you go FUCK YEAH WEDDING SHOES.
