Study this amazing pin-up bridal hair. Learn from it. Worship it. Lots more pics over here, including my personal fave, which is this one of the bride and her grandmother:

Uber Angel Wedding InvitationsYou won't find many wedding stationers who divide their invites into categories like Rockabilly, Punk, Gothic, and FetishUber Angel is one in a million!

Danni founded Uber Angel (based in the UK) because, as she explains on her about page, while there are a few non-traditional stationers out there, most of them are focused on "black & purple with celtic or mythical elements." And while sure, that works great for a pagan wedding, it might not work for those of you who want tattoo-themed invites for your rock 'n' roll nuptials. In addition to her standard offerings, Danni also does custom commissions.

Offbeat promo: Buy Uber Angel invites and receive a 20% discount on extra stationery, table plans, place cards etc.

The offbeat bride: Angela – Notary Public/Office Manager

Her offbeat partner: Chris

Location & date of wedding: 1/19/2008. Ceremony was at The Marston House's rose garden in Balboa Park San Diego, CA. The reception was at another favorite our neighborhood bar, LEI Lounge.

What made our wedding offbeat: We have been together for a decade and I never thought we were going to get married. We wanted a very nontraditional wedding and basically a big party — or as our friends say, "Another A&C Production!" I knew right away I was going to wear a RED dress, no questions asked. And of course a tea length dress so you can see the fabulous shoes — everyone knows my obsession with shoes!

The offbeat bride: Bree, Hairdresser

Her offbeat groom: Damien

Location & date of wedding: Army Navy Country Club, Fairfax VA, October 6, 2007

What made our wedding offbeat: We wanted to be different and rock a roll — but still very elegant. I walked down the aisle to a Johnny Cash tune!

Our biggest challenge: We really had very little difficulty — we planned well in advance and stayed in our budget. Being understanding, compromising and remembering that it's supposed to be a fun and special time kept any disagreement and difficulty at bay.

The Bad-ass bridemaids of the day award clearly goes to this girl-gang of lovelies rocking their black-bowed dresses, Converse low-tops, and squadron of tats.

And the way they're flanking the groom, they've made it clear — you mess with the bride, you mess with us.

Check out the rest of the shots from Courtney's wedding.
