My husband and I chose our wedding colors by comparing stashes of paint chips we grabbed from the hardware store. But what if paint chips WERE the palette? We made chopstick sleeves using some leftover travel-themed wrapping paper from our envelope liners. We then printed out each adult guest's name onto extra linen card stock that we ordered for our invitations, which were then attached like banners to the chopstick sleeves. We finished the project off with a blue wax Double Happiness seal. We ended up with functional chopstick sleeve place cards that we made like this…
