In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to repeat what Ariel said. I am also incredibly thankful for all of you and for the hours of joy and LOLs that all of your wedding photos provide me. Give yourself a high-five, because you rock! Anyway, getting back to business, this week's Monday Montage starts off with a bang (pun intended
). It also has some impressive lookin' ladies, a little steam-punk, a little goth, a few umbrellas and some good old fashioned boogie time.

Did you jaw totally drop when you saw a sneak peak of Ginny & Rob's amazing red rock wedding last week? Perhaps it was the freakin' full-size TARDIS that blew your gourd? Or maybe your a fan from way back when we featured her Star Wars poster STDs? All I can say is that this wedding is awesome and proves that you and/or your event can be nerdy and incredibly gorgeous. – Becc Ally & Jake are laid-back, nature loving, mountain nuts. So they had a simple wedding in a meadow followed by a raging dance party in a local barn! Ailea & Marshall wanted a wedding that reflected who they are, their love of the outdoors, Ailea's Tex-Mex heritage, Marshall's disdain for shoes and ties, and their love of candy, alcohol, good food, and dancing. What they ended up with was a flip-flop friendly wedding fiesta! Margaret & Dave met while traveling in South Korea. They bonded over a shared love of the itinerant lifestyle. Their ceremony reflected this. The had completed the old sailor's tradition for travel which includes taking two shots of rum! Since Kerri & Kai could not get legally wed in California they had a destination wedding in Canada! They DIYed so many things and went with a feather and koi fish theme. Although it unexpectedly rained on the day of Rachel & David's wedding that didn't stop them from having their picnic wedding. With a positive attitude and a surprise tent rental from friends the day turned out better than expected! Jill & Peter's wedding plans went awry when it started raining, but they didn't let that stop them from celebrating! They turned it around by squeezing all 100 guests into a one of the Vineyard's tiny tasting rooms. |
