razvan-photographyIf you're planning an Offbeat wedding in Ohio, and you're having trouble finding a photographer who isn't balking at your plans, get in touch with Razvan Photography.

(…actually, like many photographers, Razvan looooves to travel — so there's no need to be in Ohio.)

Razvan told me he prides himself on keeping his clients laughing and having fun … and if you take a peek at his shots from Kelsey & Rick's bad-ass rocker wedding, you'll get a feel for how that attitude translates into light-hearted, beautiful wedding photos.

As a special treat for Offbeat Bride readers, Razvan is offering a $200 bonus print credit to your package when you mention finding him here.

Oh and PS! Razvan is also sponsoring a give-away for a vintage birdcage veil on his blog.

Go check it out and follow him on Twitter for more giveaways in the future.

The offbeat bride: Melissa, Medical Lab Tech Student

My offbeat partner: Matt, Locksmith/Night Club Owner

Location & date of wedding: Stan Hywet Hall in Akron, Ohio.

What made our wedding offbeat: My husband was dressed as a king, and I wore a Medieval inspired dress from a pattern that is discontinued (making it a rare kind). I wore a cape instead of a veil and it was clasped with a 19th century brooch. The best man was dressed as a prince, and his groomsman was dressed as a knight. My bridesmaids wore simple medieval style dresses.

The offbeat bride: Grace, Library Clerk

Her offbeat partner: Thomas, Warehouse Material Handler

Location & date of wedding: Inniswood Metropark Westerville Ohio – October 3rd, 2008

What made our wedding offbeat: After plans for a low-key affair with family and friends didn't quite materialize as we had envisioned it, we decided to buck tradition and "elope," so to speak. We didn't, however, want to sacrifice any of the romance or ritual we loved in wedding ceremonies. So we agreed to get married at an absolutely gorgeous local park.

I am absolutely in love with this head-to-toe striped ensemble. A little goth, a little vaudeville, a little circus — all stunning.

…Perhaps I'm a teeny bit biased — I own a version of the custom bustle jacket by Kambriel that the bride is wearing.

But it's not just about the jacket — look at that hat! The little adorable top hat! I know this is my second top hat in a week, but I love them! Looks like this one was made by Topsy Turvy Design.
