Anna & Renie's quirky and colorful Mexico wedding

This pair is making a life in Mexico and brought guests from three countries to celebrate with them. But after seeing the lovely bridesmaids' dresses, the colorful Mexican backdrop, and these two cuties surrounded by loved ones, the travel was totally worth it. Check out the ceremony foot washing and live music, too!

Monica & Clint's literary garden wedding

This pair had a big surprise just two weeks after getting engaged: the groom was being deployed. And so started the long-distance planning (Florida to Ohio) with a deployed groom to boot! But you'd never know it from the looks of this garden wedding with gorgeous views, literary details, and a superhero ring bearer.

Sandra-Lee & Conrad's rustic fall intimate outdoor wedding

Handmade bunting, loads of fabric streamers, a first dance right after the tearful ceremony, and some out-of-this-planet scenery make this rustic and rainy wedding a sight to see. You'll definitely want to see the little note the bride left for the groom before the ceremony, too. Oh, and we learned that when you don't have an umbrella, a unicorn mask works in a pinch.

Two 501st Legion nerds host a British fête fit for a Sith Lord

Emily and Phil met in 2002 through mutual friends in the UK Garrison, a Star Wars 501st legion group, and have been together ever since. The pair chose to have a wedding that combined all of their favorite things: leopard print, music, and, of course, Star Wars. The bridal party wore leopard-printed dresses to match Emily's self-designed shoes, and the bride's floor-length red bridal gown was matched by the groomsmen's red shirts.

Julie & Matthew's retro polka dots and pinwheels wedding

Pink and red with polka dots and pinwheels all over gives this Denver wedding a bit of a retro and a lot of ADORABLE. Add in some LEGO touches, a successful venue swap (due to a major flood!), and loads of DIY, and you'll be all in. Oh, and you'll never guess how the bride used Lady Gaga to surprise her dad!

Emily & Greg's wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey "time and luck" wedding

The Day of the Doctor is coming in honor of Doctor Who's 50th anniversary. What better way to relish in one of our fave fandoms than to have a Doctor Who theme week? Today we've got a non-traditional couple totally rocking tradition: ceremony in a church, traditional reception, the works. But don't forget the amazing details like the cake topper, the invitation illustration, and the naked hot-tubbing after hours!

A geeky garden wedding with enough Doctor Who, Stargate, and space references to make you giddy

If you could dream up a geeky celebration of love and life set in a garden, you'd probably come close to the wedding that Olivia and James had at The Old Rectory Bed and Breakfast in Great Malvern (United Kingdom). These guys had two cakes, one with a Lego Stargate scenario on top and the other was a TARDIS), Olivia wore white Batman-adorned Converse, guests were assigned to a spaceship-labeled table for dinner, and Olivia also carried a TARDIS and a Golden Snitch as her good luck charms. AND our very own Catherine designed Olivia's dragon engagement ring!

Carmen & Grant's weekend getaway "crocodiles on safari" wedding

When a crocodile invites himself to the wedding, you pretty much have to show him a good time… or else! And these two totally did that with their South African dishes and Amarula, the bride's awesome gossamer wings, the Harry Potter ring book, and the sweet wine box ceremony. Check out the rest of the wedding and keep an eye out for various fauna that might be on the loose.
