Striped wedding shoes, summer 2013 edition #Wedding Shoes#beach#wedges June 21 | Ariel Meadow Stallings offbeatbride This post features offbeat affiliates, meaning that if you buy something featured, you'll be financially supporting this site's mission of bringing awesomeness to readers everywhere. When I featured polka-dot shoes last month, I got more than a few messages saying "Striped shoes next!" Ever one to appease the offbeat needs, I am here with a boat-load full of striped wedding shoes. Given the stripes, I suppose it's not surprising that there are a lot of shoes with a nautical feel included, perfect for a beach wedding. I'm not sure why, however, there are so many wedges with stripes… but there are TONS of wedges below for those of you who don't want to sink into the lawn at your outdoor weddings. As always, of course, I have made a point to include a few flats for the taller brides who don't wish to tower, or those of us who just can't handle walking in heels. PS: There's also one pair of kitty shoes, because… KITTY SHOES! Random bonus shoe! Update to add! This may be my new favorite striped shoe: The stripes! The scalloped edging! THE LITTLE HEARTS!!! Haha! Those striped heels by Taylor Says are freaking amazeballs. 2 agree Reply Hmmm.. I am not feeling the stripes. But the bonus shoes KILLS IT. Every. Time. Reply I am wearing a polka-dot dress, and I totally bought shoes by Lola Ramona (the same brand as the "update to add" shoe). They are gorgeous and I can't wait to bust them out for the big day. Plus, best of both worlds – polka-dots AND stripes! http://shop.lolaramona.com/product/angie-412216-32-832/ Reply Hey OBB Mods, I have a knee condition that prevents me from wearing heels. I'm looking for some killer alternatives, like chunky platforms or wedges, can you help me out? Reply Oooh, we've got you covered! Colorful flats, wedding wedges, super comfy shoes, and the rest of our flats tag archive! Reply Oh, and Vicky, don't forget about this post: Not all Offbeat Brides can wear five inch rainbow platforms. We'd love to, but we suffer from Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and/or countless diseases that cause us pain or discomfort. Chronic pain, however, doesn't make us love cute shoes any less! So, here are some great options for those of us who need arch support! Eff yeah: pretty wedding shoes that don't hurt In other words, we gotcher back (…er, feet!?) on this one! Just check archives! 🙂 Reply I'm in love with the Sergio Rossi sandals but don't have anything to wear with them. Another excuse for shopping! Reply Okay, a lot of things I have read or viewed on this site have caused me to tear up, and these shoes are no exception!! Reply Originally i wanted to find the baddest skull heels to wear under my dress because no one would see them and I could wear them again but then I found the perfect dress at a consignment shop but there isn't enough length to hide my shoes if the heel is too high.I'm down to measuring heels I own and comparing to the specs of heels i see online.lol. Reply Hiding bad-ass skull shoes? They demand to be shown! 😉 Reply Join the conversation Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
