We love 'em, and think you will too… Photos by Ella Sophie Photo Will and Heather turned their backyard in upstate New York into a mini music festival for their eco-friendly wedding last September. Pretty much every imaginable element of this wedding was DIY — the dinnerware was recyclable bamboo, the food included locally grown organic veggies (with vegan options), even the bride's kickass dress and veil were DIY. That veil — my stars, I want one. And I want a castle to go with it. After Will and Heather's small, outdoor ceremony (where they exchanged wooden rings! How cool are they?), the party kicked off with a live band, local beer, and some hooping thrown in for good measure. Once everyone partied their asses off, I imagine they stumbled/army crawled gratefully to their tents, guided by helpful, handmade signs. After all, what's a music festival wedding without camping?
