You may recall I've already profiled their eco-friendly favors and their rock 'n roll favors. So this time it's for my peeps — the offbeat geeks! (The IT Crowd so-to-speak.) I totally featured these Love Keyboard Magnets before on my geeky wedding favor round-up but I'm TOTALLY excited to know that Little Things Favors carries, quite possibly, the coolest wedding favors I've ever lusted after. Ooh look, more computer nerd stuff AND an special discount. Oh hells yeah… Wrap up your table napkins with this 8" round "We Clicked" mouse pads as your wedding favors. Convenient and adorable and nerdy — love! And there are also matching place cards. Okay, so these bride and groom keyboard dusters are adorable yet pricey, BUT they have bulk discounts if you buy a bunch of them. Or you could just get one pair and have a really fun wedding cake topper that also cleans your laptop. Having a bookish wedding? These bright highlighter favors are hilarious. Each jar is filled with five colored pens for your guest to not only enjoy at home, but think of the fun art projects during the wedding! Okay, I know these aren't favors, but OMG! YES! I just had to feature these nerdy cake toppers. I would have rocked these so hard because, honest time? My iphone is my bff and my husband is a gigantor nerd. I love everything about offbeatbride, but all the geeky stuff really speaks to me and my wedding. So, yay! Have you checked out http://www.geekyclean.com yet? I know soap might be an abnormal (offbeat?) choice for favor, but they are freakin' amazing. Reply That is some awesome soap! Reply ….wow. I think I might suddenly need decorative soap. Reply If they ship to Canada, I'm so buying TARDIS soap! Reply Might not be wedding related but I'm so buying the boyfriend some Dharma soap! Reply If I had known about this, I would have given TARDIS soap as a favor at my wedding! I had a TARDIS caketopper, so why not?? Reply Where did you find the TARDIS cake topper I've been looking for one? 1 agrees Reply I just love the computer geek stuff, especially the top two favors! We met online, he is in IT and I am in accounting. But the real twist is that our parents knew each other while they were in high school! Destiny had a plan for us! 🙂 Keep up the awesome geeky wedding gear! LOVE IT!! 🙂 Reply As a proud nerd, with a nerd fiance I found the "nerd" groom with the pocket protector and glasses a bit offensive. Stereotype much? Actually, having been through the catalogue of the company that makes those cake toppers I found a significant portion of their catalogue offensive. I particularly loathed the couple where the Bride was "wearing the pants" and the Groom was standing there in his boxers. What the hell kind of statement is that to make on your wedding day? Your mileage may vary of course, but… Ick. Reply Oh I hear you about the offensive cake toppers. While I was putting together the cake topper section of the OBB store I found myself cringing over and over again — brides "wearing the pants," DRAGGING the grooms, "hooking" her man — UCKY. BUT! I have to stand by the fact that I LOVE the nerdy groom topper. It's totally stereotypical in a way that I think is adorable. I mean, what nerd looks like that… anymore. 😉 Reply Related sad cake topper I saw yesterday: http://thedailywh.at/post/807595238/wedding-cake-toppers-of-the-day-not-really Reply That cake topper (the nerdy one) looks a lot like my girlfriend… Reply aww, come on, you dont like the cake topper with the bride draggin the groom? Even if it looks like this? http://www.etsy.com/listing/62475959/internet-junkie-groom-computerpc?utm_campaign=Share&utm_medium=PageTools&utm_source=Pinterest That going to be ours, except with mountain dew cans and WoW on the screen (or starcraft II, haven't decided yet) Reply Still not my style, but if it's yours: AWESOME!
