Our offbeat wedding at a glance: We had a woodland Buddhist ceremony at a sustainability centre in the countryside, and then went on to a pretty country village hall for the reception. 120 guests for a £2000 budget was our goal, but we enjoyed making everything so much that it didn't feel like we were losing out on anything. It felt like it was really personalised as a result.

Chuck Berry, a retro-inspired wedding party to die for, and an over-enthusiastic flower girl make this Aussie wedding a 1950s shindig with panache. The birdcage veil, sky-high red heels, awesome ink, and speakeasy style make it all the better.

The first wedding was in Prague with tungsten rings, the second in Israel with handcuffs. You heard right! Plus, the bride also handmade both of her black and white dresses. When the rain came down, they had to resort to a plan B, but it all turned out fabulously in the end! Check out this small wedding with big cool factor.

Having a bad day? This wedding just might be the pick-me-up you need. With joyous dancing, lawn games, dinosaur puppets, choir singers, and a lots of choreographed dancing, I challenge you to keep a grin off of your face. Go on, try it. I dares ya!

I had the biggest, goofiest grin on my face while reading about this wedding. Seeing the love at a young couple's wedding is one thing, but seeing the same big, soppy, lovey-dovey love after 20 years at a vow renewal just rocks. Kids, dogs, handmade medieval garb, and a wicked maypole brings it all together.

Lots and lots of pink, a country church and school, and an English country guest house… all planned from across the world in Dubai. But these two are English at heart and brought the party to the family. Feast your eyes on the Union Jack shoes, pink accents, and sword cake cutting, too!

DIYing some details is one thing, but this couple self-catered, had all DIY decor, and the bride made and embroidered her own gown. Plus, the groom actually composed and recorded the ceremony music himself! Add in their multicolored theme with the goal of an informal food and games afternoon, and you're in for a treat.
