Melinda & Paul’s disability-friendly, southern, sports rivalry wedding
Paul wanted a traditional Catholic wedding, whereas Melinda wanted to let her true colors shine. So they met in the middle and had a Catholic ceremony, followed by a rockin’ reception at the hall next to Edgar Allen Poe’s grave. The best part of the day for Melinda was when she walked without her crutches for the first time in eighteen years!

Haley & Patrick are lucky in the sense that both of their parents were very supportive of their offbeat-ness. This allowed them to have their wedding day their way. So, they had a quaker ceremony, followed by a reception filled with games and dancing!

Leah & Jordan had a humanist/quaker inspired wedding at Frank Lloyd Wright’s house: Falling Water. This meant they did not have an officiant presiding over their wedding. Additionally, instead of just the bride wearing white, the entire wedding party wore white.

Margaret & Dave met while traveling in South Korea. They bonded over a shared love of the itinerant lifestyle. Their ceremony reflected this. The had completed the old sailor’s tradition for travel which includes taking two shots of rum!
