Since I live in Boston, I went to a local jeweler to weld them together after my wedding. Unfortunately, the jeweler did a terrible job and the rings broke about 3 weeks later. I shipped the pieces back to Joseph's, and they actually remade the rings for me – at no cost. They said they saw it as part of the warranty, and the local jeweler had contaminated the palladium, so repair was not possible. Joseph's could easily have washed their hands of the situation, since I went to someone else for the welding. Or they could have charged me an arm and a leg. Instead, they made it right. I have a lot of respect for that. 3 agree Reply I got my engagement ring from Joseph Jewelry! We actually just ordered our wedding bands there too. They are awesome, I went in with a picture and an idea, and they turned it into a reality! Also, it's nice to know that I'm the only one in the world with my custom designed ring 😀 Reply Join the conversation Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
