Okay I know… balloons are for kid's parties, right. But what if I told you that balloons can totally be adult chic? Just take a peek at these huge 36-inch balloons with gorgeous tassels that you can use as wall decor, a ceremony backdrop, a candy buffet backdrop, or as in the case here, reception chair decor. It's like channeling childhood AND keeping it super classy.
