Casual carnival madness and an interactive ring warming #Wedding Porn#backyard#boots#bride in pants#carnival#lawn games#lesbian#LGBT#mohawk#new hampshire#pinwheel#ring warming#short dress#short hair#shorts April 2 | Catherine Clark enidjcoleslaw Photos by: Justine Johnson Meg and Carrie live in our favorite kind of wedding world where corsets and shorts and red mohawks and pinwheels and piercings all come together and live in peace. And we breathe it all in until they send us off with their sparklers and singing slow dances (and little boys seriously grooving on the dance floor). It all started at their carnival-themed wedding in Meg's parent's backyard in New Hampshire. They put a really fun spin on a ring warming ceremony by making it interactive. Instead of passing the rings around the room, they greeted each guest personally and handed them the rings to bless and wish upon. Here's where it gets ultra FUN. The reception included lawn games galore, an iTunes playlist keeping the outdoor dance floor alive, Mad Libs, a guest book quilt, coloring pages, seed bomb favors, and carnival-style signs with each member of the wedding party as a traditional carnival character. Justine Johnson Photography got to play and frolic all day long with these guys (oh, and photograph the event). Well played. 1 agrees Reply My favorite wedding posts are the ones like this, where you can see the love radiating from the couple. Fun details and outfits are great, but it's the eyes and expressions I always end up looking at. 2 agree Reply YES! for carnival weddings!!!!! I could pick out the dozen little things that made me smile while scrolling through but instead I will simply say: love, love, LOVE all of this!
