If you were one of the MANY that flipped out over Breana's mini veil, your DIY dreams have come true because she's put together a fabulous video tutorial for ya.

Hey guys! I am here to post my tutorial on the “mini veil” that I wore on my wedding day (you may know it as Breana and Caleb's Elvis-officiated vintage-inspired wedding). I like to call it my Lady Gaga veil, and this is how you can make one for yourself.

For this project you will need:

  • Veil material: I used a sheer curtain fabric, but you can use tulle, Russian netting, lace, or another sheer material. For the lace/curtain panels you want to make sure the free end (on the bottom of the veil that isn't glued) has a finished end so it won't unravel. The sides didn't do much, so I left them unhemmed.
  • Hot glue gun
  • Hair side comb
  • Ribbon

Sadly when I recorded this, I didn't realize until after that the audio didn't record. So I just captioned all the directions for you. Plus you get to enjoy the song we used for our First Dance at the reception (Sam Hart's Mario Kart Love Song).

There's more information on my blog if you need it. And feel free to ask if you have any questions!

  1. This is great! I’m not getting married, but I needed cheap and easy little giveaways for a bridal show booth I’m doing on Sunday and these will be perfect! Thanks for a simple tutorial- and I love the song too 🙂
