Upcycled bicycle wedding art
You've seen Thomas and Julie before on our Monday Montage with their post-wedding bike ride. They also had another really interesting bike-related idea, this time for their wedding decor...
Julie explains, "On our RSVPs we added a line asking for 'tips for a long and happy life.' Thomas typed [the tips] up, printed them out, and taped them onto bike rims he had spray-painted. Fun fact: these rims were the ones on the bike I got hit on last January, so they are completely unusable (except for artistic purposes!)."
And artistic it is! This looks awesome. I was thinking that this could be a cool option for a guestbook alternative by letting your guests write their tips and well wishes on cards and attaching them to the bike spokes themselves.
And hopefully we'll be getting you the ENTIRE scoop on this colorful and bike-friendly wedding soon.

Cool! I like this a lot! We used a bike wheel for our seating plan.
