Offbeat Peeps #Decor Porn#candy April 2 | Megan Finley meggyfin Apparently each year the Washington Post hosts a Peeps Diorama contest. This year, Offbeat Bride reader Onyah entered a diorama inspired by the TV show Say Yes to the Dress. Washington Post announced the winners and Onyah was not one of them, but she's a total winner on OBB! OH MY PEEPING GOD! Or, to quote Moz "OMGWTFLUFF!" I mean check out these amazing details!… I love "Peepzilla" over in the corner, and the purple Peep with the earrings, and the little rack of little wedding dresses!? Amazing! In her wedding planning update, Onyah explained, "Making all the tiny wedding dresses was really fun, and was my own little hat-tip to the bridal salon experience." (She must've had one trippy bridal salon experience.) HAPPY EASTER from everyone at Offbeat Bride! Reporter Name * Reporter Email * Original text Enter the original text here. I hate to eat them but I love to look at them. 2 agree Reply I loved it on OBT and love it even more on OBB!!! Makes me love Peeps even more!! 1 agrees Reply Squeeeeeeeee! That is all. Happy Easter! 1 agrees Reply I had to wiki "peeps" because we don't get things like that over here(Ireland)and now I know what they are I want to try some… That pink peepzilla is just asking for an eating!! 😉 1 agrees Reply That is such a tragedy! Peeps were such a big part of my childhood… haha I'm only kidding. I'm sure wiki explained that they are just marshmallows covered in colored sugar, in other words they are way more fun to look at than actually eat! So maybe it's better that you don't have them 1 agrees Reply You should make some. They're much better homemade, but they just look like blobs… 1 agrees Reply Awesome diorama! Although, that link doesn't take you to the Washington Post peep contest, but another random one. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/03/29/AR2010032901542.html 2 agree Reply peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeps!!! that's all 😛 1 agrees Reply soooo cute! there was also a "peeptube" diorama with the JK Wedding Dance inside it! 1 agrees Reply A few newspapers have Peeps diorama contests. I haven't verified this information, but the St. Paul Pioneer Press claims to be the first to have such an event. There are some good ones from there, too. 1 agrees Reply My fiance and I met doing a production of Romeo and Juliet. As a joke, I put this up on the callboard: http://www.theplainjane.com/peep_plays/rj_scene01.html (Scroll through all the scenes!) He kept joking that we needed to include "peep sex" in our wedding. http://www.theplainjane.com/peep_plays/rj_scene07.html 1 agrees Reply Adorable!!! See, we just roast ours over a fire and put them on graham crackers with chocolate bunnies… 1 agrees Reply Join the conversation Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
