The Seattle Times ran a story about Offbeat Bride yesterday, featuring a quick interview with me and some great stories from local brides.

I love that they featured Caleb & Sarah's Gasworks Park wedding, and Molly & Laurie's Yes We Can! wedding ... of course a quick name-drop of Wedding! The Musical.

And I know that Offbeat Megan, our resident Star Wars geek, had to be shitting her pants over the illustration that ran with the article. HA!

Anyway, go read the article!

  • Yay for OBB publicity! Hopefully some more people will see it and be inspired. Maybe not inspired to do things totally differently but at least to think about it so whatever they end up doing is right for them.

  • What a great article! Hopefully it'll draw more people to the Offbeat community and show them that they don't have to do XY&Z to get married and that they are free to let their personalities shine through in an honest way on their wedding day!

  • Yay! It was so fun answering her questions, regardless of how much of it she used. It really helped me reconfirm what I'm doing is right :)
