Very nice! Shrugs can really change the entire look of the outfit. This would be a nice way to dress up as sleevless dress for the ceremony, and take it off when the dancing begins. It is nice too that the seller will work with your own fabric.

I just saw this little shrug/vest (while shopping for shoes!) and it reminded me of this post.
It would look great over a strapless dress and is extremely inexpensive!
