She mainly focuses on hilarious mishaps in cake-dom, but every sunday is Sunday Sweets - where she showcases awesomely done cakes, and recently the lady who runs the blog went on a tour, and I believe did a stop in Denver.  At each stop local artistic bakeries showed there stuff, and she mentions them by name... Check it out for some local people if you need a good place to start, and best of luck!  - Cheers,
