Short pink dress + beach wedding = WOW!

I have fallen madly, deeply in love with this bride and her short pink wedding dress.

The bride and groom eloped to Maui from India. Their wedding incorporated Indian wedding traditions like Henna tattoos for the bride and some island wedding elements like a sand ceremony and a dove release.

Not only am I totally freaking out all over this wedding style, but worlds are colliding for me on this post. I got married in Maui not far from where this wedding took place, and, well, you wanna see something really freaky? See this beach…

That's exactly where my husband was attacked by a shark. Ah, Maui memories.

Anyway, back to the pretty porn… Click here to go to photographer, Mike Sidney's, site and see the whole set of photos from this Maui wedding after my own heart.

Honestly Megan… your Sharksaversary/wedding might be my very favorite ever. You and your husband are so awesomely positive & full of humor. I smile every time I look at your bride profile.

(And whoa, nice favors — a friend of mine from high school is first mate on Sea Shepard's main ship!)

The pink dress looks really nice, although I would like it more if it was a little bit longer..

I am a south Indian and have been an avid reader of this blog, I am happy that Indians living in foreign counties (like the couple above ) have started incorporating creativity and style in their weddings.
