As I said in the article, we had several things that never came to fruition but we'd mad the pact that we wouldn't be upset if it happened. If you have friends who are willing to help, bring them on board! Unfortunately we didn't have anyone around until the week of the wedding to help. Think out of the box. Try to look around your home (and outside) and think about ways to incorporate them for your decor. eBay and Craigslist are also great resources.
